Brent Jones

Brent joined Pederson&Co in April 2023 and is responsible for market research, including industry and financial analysis. He also supports the firm’s M&A and strategic advisory services. Brent brings over 1.5 years of experience in M&A advisory, Quality of Earnings analysis, and investment banking.

Prior to Pederson&Co, Brent Served as an Associate for Grant Thornton’s transaction advisory services team, where he performed due diligence, Quality of Earnings analysis and M&A advisory on multiple acquisitions and divestitures within the middle market.

Brent also worked at Minnehaha Equity LLC where he provided industry research and analysis, as well financial and management research on current and prospective investments. He also analyzed current and past financial data to develop financial models that would forecast monthly and yearly financial data.

Brent received a BS in Finance and a BA in in Accounting from the College of St. Scholastica with Suma Cum Laude distinction and Honors.
