Louis Volk IV

Louis joined Pederson&Co in September 2022 and is responsible for leading transaction execution, strategic consulting, and thought leadership. Louis brings over 8 years of financial services M&A advisory, investment banking, and wealth management expertise.

Prior to joining Pederson&Co, Louis served as a senior member of the M&A team at Hightower Advisors’ and was responsible for deal origination, transaction execution, valuation analyses, and firm growth strategies. Louis also led Hightower’s sub-acquisition efforts to execute M&A on behalf of its partner firms and advised on organic and inorganic growth strategies.

Louis also worked at Deloitte in their M&A Advisory practice where he focused on providing transaction advisory and valuation services to large companies undergoing an IPO, divestiture, or acquisition in the financial services and technology, media, and telecommunications industries.

Louis received a BS in Finance and a BS in Accounting from Chapman University, is a CFA Charterholder, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
