Zach joined Pederson&Co in April 2026 and plays a key role supporting transaction execution and strategic advisory across the firm’s M&A engagements, predominantly within the Financial Services and Wealth Management sectors.
Prior to joining Pederson&Co, Zach served as an Equity Research Analyst at Piper Sandler, covering Midwest and Western community banks. In this role, he contributed to the publication of research reports, performed financial and valuation analysis, supported coverage initiations, and developed insights on key drivers and industry trends for institutional investors.
Zach received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Markets Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
