Zach Pederson

Zach brings over a decade of capital market experience across prominent financial institutions and boutique firms. Since founding Pederson&Co in 2020, Zach has advised on over $500 million in transactional value for clients.

Prior to starting Pederson&Co, Zach was a member of Thrivent’s private equity team where he focused on direct investments in healthcare, food and beverage, specialty chemicals and business services.

Zach was also a part of the healthcare advisory teams for both TripleTree and Ziegler. In those roles he focused on M&A and capital raising activity for healthcare services and IT verticals including post-acute, outsourced payer services, revenue cycle management (“RCM”) and enterprise management software.

Zach began his career at U.S. Bank within their trust services group, administering debt service for some of the largest municipal issuances in the U.S.

Received a BBA with honors in finance from Concordia University and former Sergeant in the Army National Guard.
